Job description:

Responsibility

• Building relationships with walk-in customers.
• Providing consultations to assist customers in identifying their needs and matching those wit the proper bike and accessories.
• To provide feedback on customer service issues and to propose appropriate solutions.
• Attend to retail outlet’s daily operations including product display, stock inventory and sales
• Order processing.
• Support in updating social media content
• Performing back-end office functions.
• Housekeeping
• To assist at road shows, trade exhibitions and events.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Required Language: English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Required to work on weekend
• Fresh Graduate / School Leaver / Cyclist encouraged to apply
• Full-time position

Remark: Please state in your resume if you are a cyclist (amateur/ avid) and your years of cycling experience.
