Role

We are seeking a CorporateStrategy Lead to help shape Libeara’s corporate priorities, advance both preparation and execution of its corporate fundraising, and take end-to-end responsibility for selected business initiatives.

Reporting to the Founder & CEO, you will combine investment discipline with hands-on execution:identifying promising opportunities, testing business economics and counterparties’ incentives, and turning them into workable proposals and measurable results. You will work closely with the leadership team and relevant functions to connect business results with the company’s priorities and next phase of growth.

Responsibilities

·      Lead the development and review of corporate strategic priorities with the leadership team and relevant functions. Use customer and market insight alongside sector research and investment analysis.

·      Identify and evaluate growth opportunities. With Finance and relevant specialists, test customer demand, business models, counterparties’ incentives, revenue quality, delivery economics and capital requirements.

·      Develop business cases and scenarios that set out execution dependencies, risks and trade-offs. Present recommendations and results to leadership, and recommend whether to pursue, test, adjust or stop an opportunity.

·      Take end-to-end responsibility for selected business initiatives with agreed goals for growth or business economics, from opportunity assessment through validation, implementation and initial results review. Agree scope, outcomes, decision rights and required support with relevant leaders and participating teams, and deliver within existing responsibilities and approval processes.

·      For agreed initiatives, develop practical collaboration proposals and help secure relevant expertise, technology or ecosystem support. Coordinate engagement and delivery with the appropriate internal teams.

·      Lead agreed workstreams for Libeara’s corporate fundraising and investor engagement, including the investment narrative, investor targeting, materials, diligence and execution planning, in partnership with Finance and relevant leaders.

·      Evaluate corporate development opportunities where relevant to company priorities, including strategic investments, acquisitions and equity-based joint ventures, and lead assigned workstreams for approved transactions.

·      Test approved AI-enabled workflows where useful for research, diligence or execution, and measure their effect before wider adoption. Use authorised data, appropriate human review and company controls.

Requirements

·      Relevant experience incorporate strategy, corporate development, investment, consulting or business-building roles within financial services, fintech or digital assets.

·      Demonstrated ability to identify and evaluate business opportunities, assess counterparties’ incentives, and translate analysis into actionable proposals and implementation plans.

·      Experience leading projects or transaction workstreams across multiple stakeholders, with clear ownership of delivery and evidence of outcomes.

·      Strong financial and commercial analytical skills, including business-case development, scenario analysis and assessment of returns, risks and resource requirements.

·      Experience contributing to fundraising, investment diligence, corporate transactions or investor engagement, with the ability to communicate effectively with founders, executives and investors.

·      A sound understanding of institutional financial services and digital-asset business models, with the ability to assess tokenisation opportunities and work effectively with technical, legal and risk specialists.

·      Clear written and verbal communication, sound judgement and the ability to operate independently while collaborating across functions in a regulated environment.
