As a Nurse Manager (Nursing Home), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Plan, coordinate and improve nursing workflows to ensure compliance with Singapore Nursing Board standards, nursing home licensing requirements and Enhanced Nursing Home Standards.
• Oversee the accurate collection, consolidation and timely submission of Continuous Quality Improvement data.
• Ensure nursing policies, procedures and work processes are properly documented, regularly updated and accessible in accordance with Nursing Office guidelines and SOPs.
• Support the implementation and adherence to established nursing policies, procedures and care pathways within the nursing home.
• Ensure resident care records are complete, accurate and up to date, including the documentation, investigation and reporting of incidents.
• Work with the multidisciplinary team to develop and review individualised, function-focused care plans for residents.
• Address feedback and concerns from residents and their families promptly and professionally.
• Provide clinical nursing guidance on complex cases referred by nursing home staff and monitor residents’ clinical progress.
• Participate in monthly Nurse Leaders’ Meetings, Quality Assurance Committee meetings and Product Evaluation Committee discussions.

Requirements:

• Min. Degree qualification in Nursing
• Must be registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
