Okonomiyaki Shop looking for full time kitchen staff cum teppan assistant for their restaurant at Bukit Timah.

Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Assisting kitchen with chopping ingredients/meat
• Preparation for operations
• Helping with deep frying
• Plating & garnishing of orders
• Cooking okonomiyaki and meats for customers at the teppan table
• Ensuring food cleanliness/hygiene at all times
• Cleaning up of station and teppan at the end of the day

Job requirements:

• Preferably 1 year experience in the kitchen / food prep.
• Good sense of hygiene because of open concept kitchen.
• Be able to understand and communicate simple English.
