We are looking for a Technical Lead to drive the delivery of managed endpoint services, SaaS applications, and IT infrastructure solutions. You will lead a team of IT specialists, manage projects, and ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a technical team, ensuring service excellence.
• Design, implement, and oversee IT solutions aligned with client needs.
• Resolve complex technical issues and act as escalation point.
• Collaborate with vendors to integrate new technologies.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Manage projects, timelines, and quality standards.
• Maintain IT infrastructure reliability, security, and compliance.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in technical leadership, preferably in managed services or IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with endpoints, cloud (AWS/Azure), and IT infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting, project management, and team leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; certifications (AWS, Azure, ITIL, PMP) a plus.
