Love baking? Join Lola Faye as a Part-Time Baker to prepare breads, pastries, desserts, and bakery items following recipes and standards. Maintain hygiene and food storage, ensure product freshness, and support kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce breads, pastries, desserts, and other bakery items according to Lola Faye’s recipes, portioning, and presentation standards
• Perform daily baking preparation and operation tasks to meet service demands
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area to comply with food safety standards
• Store ingredients and finished products properly to preserve freshness and quality
• Monitor product consistency and readiness to ensure items are fresh and meet quality expectations
• Collaborate with the kitchen team during operations to support smooth workflow

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in baking, pastry, or bakery production
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail to maintain consistency in product quality
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Reliability, responsibility, and eagerness to learn
• Previous F&B or bakery experience is preferred

• Salary: $10 – $12/hour, depending on experience
