JobResponsibilities

• Handle customer service and coordination for import/export shipments.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Liaise with customers, overseas agents, carriers, transporters, warehouses and other service providers.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, pre-alerts and other shipment-related documentation.
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up on shipment-related matters until completion.
• Perform accurate shipment data entry and maintain proper documentation in the company's system.
• Assist with billing/invoice preparation and follow up on supporting documents and charges.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to Operations, Trade/Pricing and management.
• Proactively follow up on assigned matters and provide timely progress updates.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O Level, NITEC, Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably with experience in freight forwarding, shipping or logistics.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, email and data entry.
• Responsible, organized, detail-oriented and proactive.
• Able to multitask and work independently as well as within a team.
• Strong follow-up attitude and ability to take ownership of assigned tasks until completion.

Positionlevel (Officer / Executive) will depend on relevant experience and competency.
