About the Role

We are looking for motivated and growth-oriented individuals to join our team as Property Agents / Real Estate Consultants.

This role is suitable for both experienced property negotiators and individuals who are new to the real estate industry. You will be supported with property training, marketing resources, lead generation strategies, CRM tools and coaching to help you build a long-term career in real estate.

At our team, we don't simply focus on selling properties. We combine PROPERTY × MARKETING × AI × BUSINESS to create a more systematic approach to customer acquisition and sales.

Key Responsibilities1. Property Sales & Consultation

• Understand clients' property requirements, financial objectives and investment goals.
• Recommend suitable residential, commercial and investment properties.
• Conduct property presentations, viewings and site visits.
• Provide professional property information and market insights.
• Assist clients throughout the sales process from enquiry to completion.

2. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Handle leads generated through company marketing campaigns.
• Develop new prospects through social media, referrals, networking and personal branding.
• Build and maintain a strong customer database.
• Convert enquiries into appointments and potential sales opportunities.

3. Customer Follow-Up

• Respond to customer enquiries professionally and promptly.
• Conduct systematic follow-ups with prospects.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and generate referrals.

4. Digital Marketing & Personal Branding

• Promote property opportunities through social media platforms.
• Create and share property-related content.
• Learn and apply digital marketing strategies to generate leads.
• Develop your own professional personal brand with company support.

5. CRM & Sales Management

• Update customer information and lead status in the CRM system.
• Follow the company's sales and follow-up processes.
• Track appointments, prospects and sales activities.
• Achieve agreed personal and team performance targets.

6. Continuous Learning & Development

• Attend property briefings, sales training and team coaching.
• Develop skills in property knowledge, sales, negotiation and presentation.
• Learn to utilise AI, CRM and digital marketing tools.
• Stay updated on property market trends and opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong interest in real estate, sales, marketing or business.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated, responsible and target-oriented.
• Able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Good customer service and follow-up skills.
• Property experience is an advantage but not required. Training will be provided.
