We are looking for talented and passionate Cake Decorators / Cake Makers to join our growing team at our Mandai production facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, decorate, and finish cakes, cupcakes, and desserts according to company standards and customer requirements.
• Create theme cakes, wedding cakes, and custom celebration cakes with high attention to detail.
• Work with various decorating techniques including fondant, buttercream, chocolate, edible prints, and other modern cake artistry methods.
• Ensure consistency, creativity, and quality across all products.
• Assist in cake production, including baking, frosting, and assembling cakes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new designs, flavors, and seasonal collections.
• Ensure timely preparation of orders for delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cake Decorator / Cake Maker in a professional bakery or cake shop.
• Strong skills in fondant work, piping, sugar flowers, edible prints, and other advanced decorating techniques.
• Creativity, artistic ability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
