Employment Term : One (1) Year Renewal Contract

We are looking for a detail-oriented Service Parts Coordinator to join our team on a Contract basis. Who to support our inventory and distribution operations. You will play a key role in ensuring parts availability and smooth service operations for technicians and customers.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Perform daily inventory transactions, including goods receipt, stock transfer, rental & picking and stock adjustments
• Conduct regular cycle counts and stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy
• Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory and recommend corrective actions to Parts Manager
• Ensure timely distribution of parts to service technicians/dealers and customers
• Work closely with service teams to ensure parts availability for repair and maintenance activities
• Maintain accurate inventory and distribution records in the NERP/WMS system

1. s:Monitor and follow up on urgent and backordered parts requirements
2. Support counter parts sales during lunch break hours.

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fie
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory / warehouse / parts operations
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fresh grad are welcome to apply.
