Operational Management

• Monitoring daily restaurant activities, implement SOPs, and ensure seamless service flow, including opening and closing procedures.

Staff Leadership & Development

• Recruit, train, and manage staff performance, create shift schedules, and foster a positive team environment.

Customer Service & Quality Assurance

• Ensure high service standards, address customer feedback, and maintain food and beverage quality.

Financial & Cost Control

• Monitor sales performance, control operational costs, manage budgets, and optimize profitability.

Marketing & Sales Strategies

• Implement promotions, collaborate on marketing initiatives, and optimize customer engagement for revenue growth.

Inventory & Supply Management

• Monitoring stock levels, coordinate supplier orders, and minimize wastage while ensuring consistent ingredient quality.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Enforce hygiene, health, and safety regulations, conduct routine inspections, and maintain operational licenses.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
