We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Property Agent. This role is suitable for those who are interested in sales, customer communication, and the property industry. Training and guidance will be provided, so previous property experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Introduce and promote property projects to potential customers.
• Communicate with interested buyers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
• Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable property options.
• Arrange and assist with property viewings and show-unit visits.
• Follow up with prospective buyers and provide support throughout the sales process.
• Keep up to date with project information, pricing, promotions, and available units.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Participate in marketing and sales activities to generate new leads.

What We Offer

• Potential monthly income of RM5,000 – RM10,000+, depending on individual performance and successful sales.
• Commission paid within 3 days after successful closing.
• Training and guidance provided for new team members.
• No long-term binding contract.
• Greater flexibility may be available after gaining sufficient experience and being able to handle the work independently.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable dealing with customers and following up on enquiries.
• Self-motivated and able to work towards sales targets.
• Able to work both independently and with a team.
• No prior property experience required.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
