Location: Jurong East, Singapore
Industry: Retail – Lighting, Bathroom & Home Fixtures
Working Hours: 10:30am – 8:30pm, 6 days per week
Salary: $2,800 to $3,000 (based on your industry experience)
Commission: Average $1,000 and above

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and understand their requirements

• Recommend suitable lighting, bathroom and home fixture products

• Explain product features, specifications and benefits to customers

• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries

• Manage customer enquiries and follow through on sales opportunities

• Maintain showroom presentation, product displays and stock arrangement

• Coordinate with internal teams on product availability and deliveries

• Support daily showroom operations and achieve assigned sales targets
  

Requirements

• Relevant retail sales experience in lighting, bathroom, kitchen or home fixtures is required

• Experience in showroom or home improvement retail sales will be an advantage

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Confident in engaging customers and providing product recommendations

• Proactive, responsible and sales-oriented

• Able to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays

• Comfortable working retail hours
