- Source, screen, and interview candidates for blue-collar and site safety manpower roles.
- Facilitate workforce secondment deployments and manage job postings on recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand operational project needs.
- Participate in inclusive hiring initiatives, including actively working with ex-offenders through programs like Yellow Ribbon.
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or related fields.
- Experience in mass recruitment or industrial workforce sourcing is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple hiring requirements.
- Open-minded and committed to inclusive hiring practices.
