Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and activities.

• Maintain project documentation and status reports.
• Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Assist with project planning and resource coordination.
• Follow up on action items and project requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in IT project coordination or administration is an advantage.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
