About RB Spray Tech

RB Spray Tech is an established manufacturer, assembler, and distributor of agricultural spraying equipment based in Klang. Our products are distributed throughout Southeast Asia and Africa, primarily serving the oil palm industry.

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, designing, and executing engineering projects.
• Prepare and modify technical drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Support product development, testing, installation, and troubleshooting activities.
• Conduct engineering calculations, research, and data analysis to support project requirements.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Purchasing teams to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and project documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Analyze engineering and operational data using Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.
• Participate actively in hands-on engineering and manufacturing projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including:
• Pivot Tables
• VLOOKUP
• HLOOKUP
• Data Analysis
• Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

• Manufacturing or industrial engineering environment.
• Cost reduction and process improvement projects.
• Product design and development.
• Equipment troubleshooting and maintenance support.
• Continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
