Experienced Audit Administrative Support Staff
Singapore | Full-time
We are looking for an
experienced and organised Audit Administrative Support Staff
to provide administrativeand coordination support to our audit department.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the audit team.
Prepare, format, scan, print, and organise audit documents and reports.
Maintain proper filing of audit engagement files and supporting documents.
Follow up with clients on outstanding documents and information.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and deadlines for the audit team.
Assist with engagement letters, confirmations, billing support, and internal records.
Handle general correspondence, emails, and phone enquiries.
Ensure proper document control and compliance with internal procedures.
Requirements
Minimum
1 to 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
Experience in an
audit firm, accounting firm, or professional services environment
preferred.
Proficient in
Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF tools.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Able to multitask and work within deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
