Lindo Clinic is growing its team for our first branch, and we are looking for a responsible and organized Aesthetic Clinic Admin to support our daily clinic operations and documentation.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Tuesday – Saturday
Expected Joining Date: 1 September 2026

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily clinic administrative and operational tasks.
• Maintain and update patient records, forms, and clinic documentation.
• Manage filing, data entry, reports, and administrative records.
• Coordinate daily appointments and clinic schedules.
• Monitor clinic supplies, inventory, and stock records.
• Ensure clinic documents and records are properly maintained and organized.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, therapists, and other staff.
• Support smooth day-to-day clinic operations and administrative processes.
• Assist with compliance documentation and management reports when required.
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Experience in clinic administration or operations is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer and administrative skills.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
