Job Summary
Lead, supervise, and coordinate construction site activities to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met while maintaining safety compliance and resolving worksite issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise construction site works to ensure smooth operations and adherence to project plans
Coordinate site activities with contractors and workers to maintain workflow and meet project deadlines
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure contracted works fulfill all requirements and targeted completion dates
Identify and resolve worksite issues promptly to keep project progress on track
Enforce compliance with all safety regulations among workers and contractors on site
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in construction site management
