1. Full Clinic Operations Leadership

  Oversee end-to-end clinic operations including registration, nursing, diagnostics, and reporting
Ensure smooth patient flow, service continuity, and overall operational efficiency
Take full accountability for daily clinic performance and outcomes

2. Staff Leadership & Workforce Management

  Lead and manage all clinic staff including operations and nursing teams
Plan manpower deployment, rostering, and workload distribution
Oversee staff performance, development, and disciplinary standards

3. Service Quality & Patient Experience

  Ensure consistently high standards of patient care and service delivery
Manage patient feedback, complaints, and service recovery cases
Drive continuous improvement in patient experience and service excellence

4. Corporate Health Screening Management (if needed)

  Oversee planning and execution of corporate screening programmes (onsite and in-clinic)
Ensure readiness of manpower, equipment, and operational logistics
Coordinate with sales and corporate teams for smooth delivery

5. Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement

  Monitor clinic KPIs including waiting time, throughput, and productivity
Lead implementation of workflow improvements and operational enhancements
Ensure adherence to SOPs and standardised processes

6. Inventory, Vendor & Resource Management

  Oversee clinic inventory, consumables, and equipment management
Manage vendor relationships for procurement and maintenance
Ensure cost efficiency and minimise operational wastage

7. Compliance & Regulatory Governance

  Ensure full compliance with MOH regulations, PDPA, and internal policies
Maintain audit readiness and complete documentation standards
Enforce infection control, safety, and clinical governance standards

8. Financial & Administrative Oversight

  Monitor clinic financial performance including revenue and operating costs
Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource optimisation
Ensure accurate administrative reporting and documentation

9. Health Screening Reporting & Data Oversight

  Oversee extraction and compilation of screening data from systems
Ensure accuracy and completeness of daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Validate operational reporting for management and corporate stakeholders
