What you'll be doing
- Supervise and manage a team of Production, Quality or Warehouse personnel
- Coordinate and direct production activities to meet targets and deadlines
- Oversee the efficient and organized operation of the warehouse, including inventory management and logistics
- Identify and resolve issues or bottlenecks in the manufacturing process
- Work closely with Production and NPI (New Product Introduction) teams to investigate on-site abnormalities, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of SIP (Standard Inspection Procedures) and quality inspection standards across production lines.
- Provide leadership, training, and support to your team
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize overall operations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to Production and Warehouse
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production or warehouse supervisory role
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, techniques and production planning
- Proficient in interpreting and applying production data and quality metrics
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities to motivate and guide the production team
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
- SPM/ STPM/O level/Foundation/Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Manufacturing or Production Management
- Good communication and negotiation skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work independently in fast-paced, matrix, or regional/global settings
- Working Location: Perai, Penang Mainland.
- Able to support shifts (Morning & Night shifts).
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
