Hi there, we are a kids cafe located in IOI Mall Damansara, currently looking for youthful energetic individuals to join our crew! Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, internship opportunities (Event Management/ Hospitality related) are available too.

Job Description

• Reception Duties: Greet customers warmly, assist with check-ins and reservations, and provide information about the café's offerings and policies.
• Customer Service: Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Play Area Supervision: Monitor the kids' play area to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for children, intervening when necessary to maintain order.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the café and play areas, this may include clearing out and wiping down tables, sweeping floors, cleaning spills promptly, rearranging of toys, repair and report any damages or wear and tear, deep cleaning to be performed once weekly and other sanitization enquiries requested by customers or the management.
• Inventory Monitoring: Assist with tracking inventory levels of merchandise, in-store toys, food, beverages, and supplies, and notify management of any shortages.
• Customer Feedback: Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Event Assistance: Help set up, run, and clean up after in-store events, ensuring all activities run smoothly and guests have a positive experience.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment.

Pay: RM10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6.0 – 30.0 per week
