Tanggungjawab
1. Able to cook and serve authentic south and north Indian dishes (soup, starters, main-course) in a safe and hygenic way.
2. Able to cook south indian thali meals and various Biryani items for large groups, up to 300 people
3. Able to make all Tandoori food items like Naan bread using the Tandoori oven
4. Able to cook all types of South Indian tiffin items like Idly, Dosa, Parotta, and make side-dishes like Kurma, Saambaar and Chutney in authentic Indian style or home-cooking style with less-oil
5. Able to cook for take-away or delivery orders for up to 50 to 100 people
6. Responsible to clean the kitchen before and after the use everyday
7. Responsible for cleaning dishes also (no separate dish-cleaner employed)
8. Should be able to communicate with customers in multiple languages like Tamil, Hindi and English
9. Should work as a team in the kitchen and share responsibilities in a team-environment
10. Should maintain food safety and hygiene practices and keep himself/herself well groomed and clean
11. Should be willing to work in rotating or permanent night shifts
12. Should be willing to do food deliveries to nearby places
13. Should be a master in cooking both non-veg and veg dishes in the same home-cooking / restaurant style.
14. Willing to learn new recipies and introduce and be creative in creating new food recipies
15. Should manage inventory of ingredients and raw-materials
16. Should not waste ingredients and raw-materials especially when cooking for big group sizes
