Qualifications and Experience

The successful candidate should possess:

• A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Culinary Arts or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
• Previous teaching, lecturing or training experience, preferably within a college or training institution.
• Experience coordinating student internships, industrial training or work placements.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, particularly front-office and housekeeping functions.
• Strong relationships or professional networks within the hospitality industry will be an advantage.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong organisational, reporting and record-management skills.
• Competence in Microsoft Office and common digital communication platforms.
