Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate should possess:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Culinary Arts or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
- Previous teaching, lecturing or training experience, preferably within a college or training institution.
- Experience coordinating student internships, industrial training or work placements.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, particularly front-office and housekeeping functions.
- Strong relationships or professional networks within the hospitality industry will be an advantage.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong organisational, reporting and record-management skills.
- Competence in Microsoft Office and common digital communication platforms.
