Job Scope
Maintain and troubleshoot plating line mechanical and electrical equipment.
Maintain and troubleshoot plating line mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
- Perform inspection, repair and replacement of equipment components.
- Support installation and improvement of plating line equipment.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams on equipment issues.
- Ensure maintenance work is performed safely and properly.
- Prepare and obtain quotations for machines, spare parts and maintenance-related equipment.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related electrical or mechanical engineering business
- Be willing to learn and understand basic chemical processes and plating chemistry related to the plating equipment
- Possess a valid driving license is preferred
- MS work/excel/power point is a must, especially excel
- Proficiency in multiple language is preferred
- Minimum one year experience
