Kerja Sepenuh Masa Quantity Surveyor (Building - Civil), Gaji tinggi MYR 4,500 di ESYS CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD Melaka - Maukerja

Job Responsibility:

• Possesses good analytical and sourcing skills
• Conducting feasibility studies and estimating material, labor and time costs.
• Preparing bills of Quantities (BQ), tender packages and reviewing tender documents.
• Drafting and negotiating contract terms with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Managing contractual correspondence, Extension of Time (EOT) claims, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Managing project budgets, preparing, and validating progress claims.
• To obtain quotations and prices from sub-contractors and supplies.
• To prepare cost analysis and proposal/alternative design.
• Able to meet tight deadline, work under pressure and work independently.
• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with Consultants, Construction Team and Sub-contractors.
• To prepare and update Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• To liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations and pricing.
• To assist in evaluation and comparison of tender submissions.
• To prepare progress claims and assist in interim valuations.
• To monitor and track variation orders and project changes.
• To assist in cost control and budget monitoring.
• To support preparation of monthly cost reports and forecasts.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
