Key Responsibilities
Business Expansion:
Find new markets, plan outlet growth, and secure corporate catering or large event contracts.
Competitive Analysis:
Monitor competitor pricing, menu offerings, and merchandising techniques in the food sector.
Client Relations:
Build long-term partnerships with customers, corporate accounts, and vendors to drive repeat business.
Operational & Culinary Collaboration:
Work with kitchen teams to maintain high quality and authentic standards for curries, tandoor items, and other regional specialties.
Sales & Performance Tracking:
Negotiate contracts, set sales targets, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications & Skills
Industry Expertise:
Strong knowledge of North Indian culinary traditions, spices, and tandoor preparation.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in restaurant management, food and beverage (F&B) sales, or business development.
Education:
A diploma, 'A' Levels, or a degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
