We're looking to fill a semi-permanent role of a part-time crew member who is able to commit to regular shifts every week for 6 months and more.

About the role

A cafe role involving daily operations, customer service, and beverage preparation in a F&B establishment with bakery, pastry and speciality coffee offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out daily operations, opening and closing of the store
• Ensure efficient and friendly customer service
• Take personal and corporate orders, delivery orders
• Advise customers on products
• Coordinate with kitchen to ensure smooth operation
• Communicate with guests and answer all queries
• Maintain high level of store cleanliness
• Prepare hot and cold drinks
• Handle sales transactions

About you

• Experience in F&B, especially in bakery, pastry and speciality coffee establishment is a plus
• Team player, must be able to support in all areas of the cafe
• Good communication skills, spoken and written English
• Responsible, motivated and have a positive attitude
• Previous barista experience is a plus
