Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor daily manufacturing operations.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and production teams regarding orders and delivery schedules.
Prepare and maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
Track work progress and ensure production targets are met.
Assist in inventory control and material planning.
Handle customer enquiries and provide after-sales support when required.
Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and operational procedures.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve production and service-related issues.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:

- Equivalent qualification in Manufacturing firm
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or customer service will be an advantage.
