Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including bookkeeping and data entry.
- Support the monthly and quarterly financial closing process.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
- Assist with processing invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare financial reports for management review.
- Help with the preparation of tax returns and compliance documentation.
- Assist with audits and support in other internal controls.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records.
- Work closely with team members to improve accounting processes and systems.
- Currently enrolled in an Accounting, Finance, or related degree program.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior internship or relevant coursework is a plus, but not required.
