Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of sales agreements, invoices, billings, and documentation for sales and financing transactions.

  • Assist in scheduling of appointments by coordinating and liaising with customers. 

  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries and follow up with existing customer cases.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma holder.

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer facing role.

  • Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems.

  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Meticulous and able to multi-task.
