You'll be the client-side owner of change governance and business readiness, part of the ERP Transformation Office. A Systems Integrator produces and delivers the change materials. You'll set the standards they work to, challenge and assure their work, and give an independent, evidence-based readiness recommendation at each phase gate.

Key responsibilities

• Change strategy and governance: define the change strategy, methodology, standards and acceptance criteria, and assure the Systems Integrator's change plans and deliverables against them.
• Business and organisational readiness: build and govern the change-impact register, and assess impacts on processes, roles, organisation structures and capability. Partner with HR and business leaders on role mapping and workforce transition.
• Leadership and stakeholder engagement: shape sponsor and leadership engagement, the communications strategy, and a change network across countries, functions and sites. Actively manage resistance and adoption risks.
• Training and adoption: set the training strategy and curriculum standards, approve training deliverables, and measure real proficiency and sustained adoption after go-live.
• Deployment readiness: lead the business-readiness input to go-live decisions, including Day-in-the-Life simulations (dry runs of normal operations on the new system), operational support readiness and site readiness. Keep readiness on track through cutover, hypercare and handover to business-as-usual.

What you bring

• 10+ years in organisational change, business readiness, adoption or deployment readiness
• At least one large-scale ERP or core-system transformation
• Experience assessing end-to-end impacts on process, roles, controls and organisation, beyond communications and training
• Experience governing change deliverables in a Systems Integrator-led programme
• Multi-country delivery experience, ideally across Asia Pacific
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and vendors without formal authority

Nice to have

• Manufacturing background preferred
• ERP SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud or other Tier 1 cloud ERP experience (fit-to-standard)
• Prosci, CCMP or equivalent change-management certification; ITIL or service-transition experience
• Phased or wave-based multi-country rollout experience
