ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

PROJECT COORDINATOR (ID/QS/Civil/M&E)

• Assisting in preparing BQ based on SOR, taking off quantity, claim preparation, site valuation, variation orders, and final account.
• Assisting in surveying price material in the market and making comparisons.
• Assisting in preparing pre-construction document such as work programmed, Method statement, HIRARC, Material approval form, PTW and other related doc.
• Assisting in preparing Handing over document such as final report, O&M manual, Defect checklist and other related document
• Assisting in liaising with stakeholders on specifications, needs, and request statements, information collection, and confirmation.
• To assist the Project Team, Management, and/or the Project Director in contractual and cost-related issues, and a range of other duties as and when required.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in related fields (ID (interior design)/QS/Civil/M&E)
• At least 1 years of working experience in either ID/QS/Civil/M&E and building works. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Basic beginner skills in Microsoft Project and AutoCad will be an added advantage.
• Experience in supervising Interior Renovation/Carpenter Works/Construction projects will be an added advantage.
• A team player with the ability to interact at all levels.
• Willingness to travel and work in outstations if needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
