• 5-day work week; rotating shift
• Must be open to working weekends and Public Holidays

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Handle product demonstrations and enquiries confidently
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Support stock replenishment and daily store operations

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude
• Comfortable working in a retail environment and meeting sales targets
• Willing to work weekends, Public Holidays and rotating shifts
• Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage
