Personal Financial Advisor (PFA) — Job Details
Key Responsibilities
* Build and deepen long-term relationships with customers.
* Provide holistic financial advisory based on customers’ financial goals, needs and risk profiles.
* Recommend suitable banking, investment and insurance solutions.
* Conduct financial reviews and identify opportunities to grow customers’ portfolios.
* Drive new customer acquisition, portfolio growth and cross-selling opportunities.
* Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
* Deliver good customer service and work closely with branch colleagues and product specialists.
* Ensure all advisory and sales activities comply with MAS regulations, internal policies and fair-dealing standards.
