We’re looking for a friendly, energetic and people-oriented team member to join our gym in Tampines and Bedok.

If you enjoy interacting with people, are comfortable handling different tasks at once, and are willing to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome and assist members and guests
• Handle general enquiries and provide good customer service
• Assist with membership-related matters and administrative tasks
• Support the day-to-day operations of the gym
• Keep the front desk and gym environment organised
• Handle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive and professional attitude

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, approachable and comfortable speaking with people
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to multitask and stay organised
• Responsible, reliable and willing to learn
• Positive attitude and a team player
• Previous customer service, retail or fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is genuine, people-focused and willing to learn.

Pay: From $2,600.00 per month
