Job Responsibility:

• Coordinating employee training programmes
• Preparing training materials and attendance records
• Scheduling training sessions and venues
• Maintaining employee training records
• Supporting onboarding and orientation programmes
• Collecting training feedback and preparing reports
• Assisting trainers/facilitators during sessions
• Monitoring training completion and competency records
• Supporting Learning Management System (LMS) updates
• Preparing certificates and training documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Studies, Hospitality Management, Food Science Management, Culinary Art or any other related field
• Able to adapt changes and must be fast learner.
• Passion for continuous learning and self- development.
• Loves to challenge of meeting and communicating with people.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia or local dialects is advantaged.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,200.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
