We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Admin & Internal Control Assistant / Executive to support our daily administrative operations, internal control, and cost monitoring activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review Discounts, Cash Shortages, Staff Meals, and other related expenses to ensure all transactions are reasonable and properly authorized.
• Monitor and review Sales, Expenses, and Profit & Loss reports.
• Assist in internal cost control and expense monitoring.
• Identify unusual, irregular, or unauthorized expenses and conduct the necessary follow-up and investigation.
• Check supporting documents and transaction records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
• Prepare and maintain internal reports and records.
• Assist management in internal audits, administrative tasks, and other ad-hoc assignments when required.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Able to identify discrepancies and follow up on issues independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience in Administration, Accounts, Audit, Finance, Internal Control, or Cost Control will be an advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
