In view of our expansion in import & export trade Factory & Manufacturing business, we are cordially looking for the followings to be filled as soon as possible at our puchong office at TPP industrial Park. Interested candidate may send in their applications by stating their expected salary and notice period for immediate interview arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Obtain and process product incoterm for import & export transactions
- Receive, register and distributing shipping documents within the company
- Maintain the company warehouse through organizing, spacing, and distribution items
- Schedule shipments plan and logistics arrangement to ensure that sufficient storage space and time for incoming items.
- Ensure sufficient manpower on hand can manage all incoming shipments.
- Archieve files of goods shipping document and received.
- Print shipping documents and receiving reports for managers
- Handle issues arising in shipping from forwarder agents.
Qualifications
- SPM or Cert in Related Discipline
- Some knowledge in handling Shipping matters
- Posses Own Transport
- Can start work in short notices
- Based at TPP Puchong
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
