Responsibilities

• Extract & collect data from company system, database & report.
• Clean, organize, and verify data accuracy before migration.
• Compile and transfer information into new systems or platforms.
• Assist in data migration and system implementation projects.
• Generate basic reports and summaries for management review.
• Support users in troubleshooting minor system and data issues.
• Maintain proper documentation of data processes and procedures.
• Assist the IT team with other assigned projects and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and database management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
• Basic understanding of system integration and data migration processes.
