Work Location: Eco Palladium, Johor Bahru

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, review, and maintain financial models to evaluate cash flow, returns, and overall investment feasibility
• Perform market research, mapping, and shortlisting of potential investment opportunities (e.g. funds, projects)
• Prepare investment papers, proposals, and presentation materials throughout screening, preliminary, and full due diligence stages
• Conduct evaluation of direct investments and co-investments, including financial and commercial analysis
• Facilitate and support due diligence processes, working closely with internal teams, external advisors, and stakeholders
• Assist in deal execution, including legal, compliance, and capital call processes to ensure successful transaction completion
• Monitor and track financial and operational performance of projects and investments
• Oversee and monitor portfolio companies and investments, including performance analysis and value creation initiatives
• Prepare periodic valuation exercises (including unquoted investments) and investment performance reports
• Support strategic initiatives to enhance value, optimize investments, or drive monetisation opportunities
• Assist in negotiations with lenders, legal counsel and external parties to support decision making
• Maintain relationships with corporate advisors, regulatory bodies and partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Investment, Business Economics, or related field
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in private equity, corporate finance, investment analysis, or advisory
• · Exposure to M&A transactions is an advantage
• Strong financial modelling skills (including ROI, DCF, and investment analysis)
• Experience in due diligence and business analysis
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel (ability to present data clearly and effectively)
• Good understanding of different business models and industries
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
