Job Responsibilities

• Provide daily support for customer enquiries and operational issues, including order and delivery matters, pricing, product quality, and other related concerns.
• Maintain a good understanding of all products and their relevant information.
• Coordinate and schedule physical site visits and subcontractor appointments.
• Provide effective after-sales service and follow up on customer concerns.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Demonstrate a strong customer-focused and sales-oriented approach.
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and within the required timeline.
• Manage the complete business transaction process, from customer contracts and purchase orders to delivery orders, invoices, and related documentation.
• Maintain proper filing and handle calls, letters, emails, and other correspondence.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to demonstrate a can-do attitude.
• A good team player who is also able to work independently.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant working experience are preferred.
• Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
• Able to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
