Sales & Business Development Manager

We are looking for a driven and people-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to lead a growing team and drive business expansion. You will play a key role in developing sales strategies, coaching team members and building strong client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve business goals.
• Develop practical sales strategies and initiatives to grow the client base and revenue.

• Work closely with management to implement new business initiatives and improve sales performance.
• Stay updated on market developments, industry trends and competitors.
• Prepare regular sales updates and performance reports for management.
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as required.
