Leading all Electrical engineering works for the projects in the company.
Oversee project team and appraise their performance and ensure project are completed according to project schedule.
Prepare and monitor project, budgets for Electrical works.
Bid preparation, submission and bid clarification follow-up for electrical works.
Participate in the engineering process to control cost and client budget requirements of the project.
Develop Electrical works’ project schedule and monitor/update as the project progresses.
Provide technical interpretation of design documents in support of installation (i.e. shop drawings).
Provide specific expertise for problem-solving electrical issues.
Provide evaluation & assessment of subcontractor progress claim and performance.
Monitor and inspect construction to ensure compliance with design documents.
Ensure smooth completion of the project and compliance to statutory standards.
