WINSYS TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD We are an established System Integrator and Service Provider for Manufacturing and Service Sectors, specializing in Process Control and Monitoring, Industrial Automation, Building Automation, Data Communication, System Integration, Database Application Solutions, and more. We provide integrated solutions to many companies locally and in the Asia Pacific Region. We are currently looking for highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join us.
Job Summary
You will support accounting and administrative functions by preparing and tracking financial documents, managing inventory and shipments, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Responsibilities
Use accounting software to record and reconcile accounts receivable and payable accurately to maintain financial accuracy
Prepare and track quotations, invoices, delivery orders, purchase orders, and payment vouchers to support timely transactions
Compile service and claim reports, organize filing, scanning, and documentation to maintain accessible records
Manage parts receiving, inventory control, and shipment processes to ensure proper stock levels and timely deliveries
Communicate effectively via email and use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create and manage documents and presentations
Complete assigned ad hoc tasks promptly to support team and company needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative roles
Diploma holder demonstrating foundational knowledge relevant to the role
Ability to start work immediately
Demonstrate commitment, attention to detail, and self-motivation in daily tasks.
