About the role

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals who are highly interested in the growing TikTok live streaming, content creation and e-commerce industry. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow with a new and exciting brand. Training will be provided, and you will work closely with the E-Commerce Manager to execute business plans, sales campaigns and TikTok growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct TikTok self-hosted live streaming sessions to promote and sell products

• Learn and understand product features, selling points and customer needs

• Prepare for live sessions according to the sales and campaign plan

• Engage with customers, answer questions and create an enjoyable live shopping experience

• Work towards live streaming sales and engagement targets

• Participate in brainstorming and generating creative TikTok content ideas

• Stay updated with TikTok trends, viral content and live streaming trends

• Plan and prepare content based on products, promotions and campaign objectives

• Participate in content shooting and appear in videos when required

• Work closely with the company's Graphic Designer and Video Editor to produce engaging content

• Candidates with experience or a strong interest in TikTok, live streaming, content creation, affiliate marketing or e-commerce are encouraged to apply

• Comfortable appearing on camera and communicating during live streaming sessions

• Passionate about social media, TikTok trends and the live commerce industry

• Creative and willing to share new ideas

• Energetic, confident and able to communicate with customers and content creators

• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced e-commerce environment

• Responsible, proactive and able to execute tasks independently after receiving proper guidance

• Able to work well as part of a team
