As a Cluster Leader, you will play a key role in shaping patient care, developing frontline teams and driving operational excellence across multiple clinics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems and making a meaningful impact on both patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Develop People

• Lead, coach and support Clinic Managers and frontline teams across multiple clinics.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, professionalism and continuous improvement.
• Identify, develop and mentor high-potential staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Build engaged, motivated and high-performing teams.

Deliver Excellent Patient Care

• Champion a patient-centred culture focused on quality, safety and service excellence.
• Support clinics in delivering accessible, trustworthy and compassionate care.
• Monitor patient feedback and implement improvements to enhance the patient experience.
• Ensure clinics maintain high standards of service quality and professionalism.

Drive Operational Excellence

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple clinics.
• Ensure smooth clinic workflows, manpower planning and resource allocation.
• Monitor clinic performance and implement operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing and organisational requirements.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and operational projects.

Support Sustainable Growth

• Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement new programmes and services.
• Support initiatives that improve patient outcomes, clinic performance and business sustainability.
Contribute ideas and solutions to help the organisation grow and serve the community better.

Collaborate Across the Organisation

• Partner with doctors, nurses, clinic staff and support departments to achieve organisational goals.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
• Participate in leadership meetings, improvement projects and organisational initiatives.
