Allowance :

• Diploma RM500.00
• Bachelor RM750.00

1. Inventory Management

• Assist in receiving and checking incoming materials.
• Verify quantity and condition against the Delivery Order (DO).
• Record stock movements in manual logs or system records.
• Support stock count and cycle count activities.
• Help monitor minimum stock levels and report shortages.

2. Goods Receiving & Issuing

• Arrange and label incoming items properly.
• Assist in issuing materials to production based on the Material Requisition Form (MTRL).
• Ensure all receiving and issuing documentation is properly completed.

3. Documentation & Filing

• File Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO), and related documents.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movement.
• Assist in preparing simple stock or inventory reports.

4. Store Organization

• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of store items.
• Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices.
• Ensure materials are stored safely and systematically.

5. Coordination & Support

• Assist the Store Assistant and Storekeeper in daily store operations.
• Provide support during materials inspection and stock verification.

6. Safety & Compliance

• Follow company safety procedures at all times.
• Wear PPE when required.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.

7. Other Duties

• Follow instructions given by the Store Assistant and Store Manager.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management from time to time.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM750.00 per month
