PROCUREMENT JR EXECUTIVE

Department: Product & Brand Merchandise

Location: Damansara Perdana

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, costing, production monitoring and delivery coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of SMU (Special Make-Up) products for wholesale distribution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Costing & Negotiation

· Request and compare quotations from suppliers

· Negotiate pricing, MOQ and payment terms

· Work closely with the Product Development team to achieve target costing

2. Purchase Order & Production Monitoring

· Prepare, issue and manage Purchase Orders (PO)

· Confirm production schedules and shipment timelines

· Monitor production progress and follow up with suppliers

· Identify and flag potential delays

3. Shipment & Documentation

· Coordinate with the Logistics team on delivery schedules

· Ensure shipping and procurement documents are accurate and complete

· Verify received goods against order specifications

4. Risk Control

· Monitor the impact of currency fluctuations on procurement costs

· Identify and escalate potential supply chain risks

· Follow up on supplier issues to minimise disruptions

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
