Hiring: Junior Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our team and support business and technology initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Location: KL

Experience: 1–3 years

Employment Type: [Yearly Renewable Contract]

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs
• Assist in preparing functional specifications and process flows
• Support data analysis and reporting to drive decision-making
• Participate in testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements
• Help identify process improvements and optimization opportunities

️ Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Basic understanding of business analysis concepts
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL or data tools is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum is an advantage

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field

Nice to Have:

• Internship or project experience in business analysis or data analysis
• Exposure to tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Jira
